Anita Suhanin (she/her) holds a BM from Berklee College of Music. She has studied with Susan Lincoln, April Arabian, Maggie Scott and Bob Stoloff. Her songbook is filled with rock, jazz, country, folk, soul, funk and blues, but her favorite is 60’s soul. She is fortunate to have performed and/or recorded with Vox One, Tim Gearan, Davis Goodrich, Bruce Millard, Peter Mulvey, Chris Smither, Thank God for Science, Wayworn Travellers, and Groovasaurus which won two Boston Music Awards and Boston Magazine’s Best Rock Band.
Anita sings daily, writes songs occasionally, and performs once in a blue moon. She is happiest helping other singers to explore their voice, compose songs, and accompany themselves on piano.
