Ana Ospina (she/her) is a passionate and versatile cellist and educator from Colombia. Her work blends performance, teaching, and arts administration, where she creates bridges between classical and folk music traditions with community-centered initiatives. Chamber music and global music are two of her greatest passions, which has led Ana to perform regularly with ensembles and orchestras in the Boston area and appear in notable concerts and festivals in the Americas. Her work includes premieres of new compositions and collaborations with international musicians supporting music from underrepresented composers through multicultural ensembles and programming. She approaches music as a vehicle for cultural exchange, community engagement, and artistic innovation. Ana is an alumna of William Carey University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, and of the Longy School of Music, where she earned her Master of Music in cello performance. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Performance Diploma under professor Christine Lamprea.
