Performing Joy: An Introduction to Integrative Alexander Technique for Musicians

A 2-hour interactive performance workshop introducing Integrative Alexander Technique for musicians. Led by Peter Jacobson, founder of Mind Body Music School. You’ll explore how to move beyond performance anxiety and toward performing from joy, freedom, and authentic expression. We’ll aim higher than just “don’t be nervous.”

Open to all musicians, all levels. No prior Alexander Technique experience required. Volunteer performer slots are available at registration (first come, first served).
