Step into history—and harmony—at 25 Lowell Street, Cambridge’s last remaining wooden schoolhouse. Built in 1883 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Lowell School has been home to the New School of Music for nearly 50 years.
Join us for an engaging presentation and discussion about the building’s fascinating past, interspersed with love songs spanning the eras of the school. Savor light refreshments as history and music come together, celebrating the stories and enduring spirit of this beloved Cambridge landmark.
